TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF WHOLESALE SUPPLY
 

 
1. Legal Status, Transaction Character and Agreement Acceptance
  • Automatic Terms Acceptance: By logging into our wholesale platform, registering a user account, or placing an order, you fully and unconditionally accept the terms and conditions of this agreement. These terms apply to every user of the platform without exception.
  • B2B and B2C Transactions: The platform handles wholesale transactions between business entities (Business-to-Business) and warehouse-based sales of bundles within the Boutique Start-Up and Start-Up Premium programs to individuals not conducting registered business activities (Business-to-Consumer).
  • Clearance Character and Discounted Pricing: All products offered on the platform and in the brick-and-mortar warehouse are of clearance, stocklot, and liquidation nature. Due to the fact that the goods are sold at a significantly reduced, wholesale price compared to the original retail prices, these products are not subject to returns or exchanges under any circumstances. Every purchase transaction is final.
  • Return Restriction Window: The impossibility of returning or exchanging goods becomes absolute the moment the goods leave our logistics warehouse (are handed over to the Buyer on site or transferred to a courier company, carrier, or freight forwarder).
 

 
2. Legal Interpretation of Goods (Stocklots & Mix Bundles)
  • Goods Specification: The offered apparel, footwear, and accessory bundles constitute clearance goods. They originate from overstock, end-of-line series, and international consumer returns (outlet and customer returns). Consequently, the clothing may show signs of handling, defects, soilage, damage, or lack original paper hangtags.
  • Exclusion of Liability (Warranty Disclaimer for B2B): Under applicable commercial laws, the Seller entirely excludes any liability under statutory warranty for physical and legal defects of the goods in transactions with business entities. Goods are sold on an "as is" basis. The Buyer accepts the risk of discrepancies in multi-brand mix bundles.
  • Absence of Consumer Rights in Distance Selling: Due to the wholesale and clearance nature of the platform, the Buyer is not entitled to consumer protection rights, including the European 14-day right of withdrawal without giving a reason.
 

 
3. Right to Inspect Goods Prior to Purchase at the Warehouse
  • On-Site Verification Before Purchase: To ensure full transparency and eliminate risk, both B2B clients (businesses) and B2C clients (individuals) have the full opportunity and are strongly advised to personally visit our stationary warehouse to thoroughly inspect and verify the goods before completing a purchase.
  • Purchase at Buyer’s Sole Risk: Making an online purchase without a prior stationary inspection, or waiving the right to view the goods at the warehouse before payment, is done at the Buyer’s sole risk. Claims regarding brands, composition, sizing, damage, soilage, or the technical and visual condition of the lots after purchase will not be considered under any circumstances.

  • Territorial Restrictions: Certain brands are subject to strong territorial sales and distribution restrictions. To obtain detailed commercial offers and check availability for your region, you are required to contact us providing your: Country, Company Name, Contact Person, and Target Market.
  • Intellectual Property: All brand names, trademarks, and logos displayed on this platform are registered, constitute the exclusive property of their respective manufacturers, and are used here strictly for informational and descriptive purposes.
 

 
6. Warehouse and Logistics Address
Our central logistical hub, showroom, and cash-and-carry warehouse for Europe is located at the following strategic address:

  • Logistical Location: Positioned conveniently only 10 km from Gdansk Lech Walesa Airport (GDN).
  • Warehouse Visits: All clients are welcome to visit our facility to inspect and purchase stock on-site. Please note that all stationary visits must be arranged and confirmed in advance with your dedicated account manager.
